By accessing or using the ReShoppr website or services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. These terms apply to all users, customers, and visitors of the site. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
1. Service Description
ReShoppr provides consulting, account support, and digital services related to Instacart appeal and reinstatement processes. Our services include:
- Credential review and verification
- Form preparation and account optimization
- Appeal submission and monitoring
- Ongoing communication support during the process
2. Customer Responsibilities
Customers must provide accurate and up-to-date information when submitting forms or purchasing services. Specifically, customers are responsible for:
- Ensuring they have access to the email and phone number associated with their Instacart account(s)
- Providing valid verification codes in a timely manner
- Participating in scheduled phone or chat sessions with ReShoppr team members
- Completing all reapplication attempts as part of the service process
3. Refund Policy
ReShoppr offers refunds only in the event that:
- Your Instacart appeal is denied, and
- You complete three reapplication attempts with ReShoppr support, and each attempt is unsuccessful, and
- You participated fully and submitted accurate information throughout the process.
In these cases, a refund may be approved minus a $100 non-refundable processing fee. Refunds will be returned to the original payment method within 10 business days of approval.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued under the following conditions:
- Failure to respond to communication or complete the full service process
- Incorrect login credentials or lack of access to verification codes
- Voluntary withdrawal or change of mind after purchasing
- Refusal to complete required steps or reapplication attempts
- Evidence of fraud, abuse, or violation of these Terms
5. Friendly Fraud & Chargeback Policy
Any attempt to dispute a charge or file a chargeback through your bank or card issuer without first contacting ReShoppr to resolve the issue is considered friendly fraud.
In such cases, ReShoppr reserves the right to take the following actions:
- Ban the customer from future services
- Submit documentation to Stripe and Shopify to dispute the chargeback
- Invoice the customer for 100% of the original purchase amount plus any legal or administrative fees associated with the claim

6. Payment Terms
All payments are processed securely through Shopify and Stripe. By purchasing, you agree to be charged the total amount at checkout. Prices and fees are subject to change without prior notice.
7. Confidentiality & Privacy
All data and credentials submitted through ReShoppr forms are stored securely and used solely for the purpose of completing your service request. We do not share, sell, or distribute your information to third parties without your explicit consent.

8. Limitation of Liability
ReShoppr is not affiliated with Instacart and does not guarantee reinstatement. We provide professional support and strategy to improve your chances of appeal success, but outcomes may vary.
Under no circumstances will ReShoppr or its affiliates be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
9. Modifications
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with the updated effective date.
